With more than a decade of experience in the newsroom and public relations, Paula is skilled at managing complex projects with a cool head and focus on results. Since joining Broadreach in 2017, she has played a pivotal role in advancing the firm’s growth and client service excellence. She has helped broaden the firm’s client portfolio, strengthen long-term client relationships, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team.

As Vice President of Client Services, she oversees day-to-day operations, guides strategic initiatives, and helps shape the firm’s long-term vision and growth strategy. Paula has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and a graduate studies certificate in Digital and Social Media from Kennesaw State University. Her work with the Maine Brewers’ Guild has earned multiple Gold Awards for media events and public affairs in the MPRC Golden Arrows.
